I am a MultiPotentialite. I thrive in environments that seek and welcome improvement as well as diversity. With a diverse background that fostered precision, determination, and creativity, I have finally found that perfect match in user research. I enjoy connecting with others to champion change and improvement. I am naturally curious and seek out learning new things and new ways of doing those things. Collaboration and learning different perspectives and sharing those outcomes in an impactful manner are a large part of my process. Helping teams realize the importance of research (and the sooner the better!) is a must. Making users a priority will help make your business become an industry leader

It is fulfilling to drive impact through a range of research approaches and tools. Focusing on bringing both qualitative & quantitative methods. Being able to triangulate the data will help tell a better, "Fuller", story of the user and give them a voice. Studying human behaviors and the science behind how users think and behave is a passion of mine. I enjoy that improvements to experiences can happen anywhere and reach across many domains. It helps to satisfy the MultiPotentialite in me.

UXAF was founded on the realization of how research is underutilized when it comes to business solutions. It is vital to obtain data from users (and potential users!) to help develop and improve products. Both in the physical and digital product space. Aligning the business goals with user needs is critical for the client and UXAF brings this value. This has been proven with our work with Nymbl Science, Permit.com, Humanyze, ELECTRI International, Arizona State University, Starbucks, Uber, and more!
